Shipping & Delivery
We shall endeavor to deliver your order within 1 - 3 working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specified. You should be able to receive your order within 1-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday) after shipment date, depending on the shipping courier Service.
Mobile Corner Wholesales SDN BHD is committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver shall be permitted to accept the delivery. Please make sure that the authorized receiver is present to make the authorized signature.
Mobile Corner Wholesales SDN BHD reserve the rights not to release the delivery in the absence of the authorized receiver. Mobile Corner Wholesales SDN BHD is making every effort to deliver your order within the time stated. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, a slight delay in deliveries might occur, Mobile Corner Wholesales SDN BHD will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or delayed delivery.
In the event, if your package is lost by the shipping courier and your package has not been insured, we will only replace the lost products with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.
Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods).

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and simply visit any of our retail stores or contact our Customer First Team.
Our customer service agent will verify the return reason We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Customer Service (012-9171920). If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
If in any situation that customer insists on returning the product within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will charge restocking fee of 25% or more, subject to phone and package condition verify by our technician and sales representatives.
Refund Policy -
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Mobile Corner Wholesales SDN BHD. For you to receive your refund, you can expect a timeline between 7 working days upon refund confirmation. This is a standard internal procedure that is taken at Mobile Corner Wholesales SDN BHD to ascertain accurately the reason of the refund and the processing time between departments.
We will refund you the full amount of the purchase excluding the processing fee / bank charges that was incurred for your purchase.
